What is a multi wallet benefits card?
One card. Several programs. The engine picks the wallet at the register, not the member.

The short version
A multi wallet benefits card is one payment credential that can spend from more than one program on the same swipe. At authorization, software decides which wallets may legally pay, in what order, and whether to split the charge.
What sits on the card
Health FSA, HSA, commuter, lifestyle spending, wellness, and wage law programs such as NY Wage Parity. Each wallet keeps its own balance, its own rules, and its own substantiation path. The member still holds one card.
Why a second piece of plastic is not a product
Issuing a card is cheap. Deciding which legal pot of money pays is the work. Legacy programs often skip that work. Members still juggle cards. Support still guesses why a swipe died.
Split pay and a decline you can read
If the first wallet cannot cover the amount, the next eligible wallet can take the rest. If nothing can pay, the member sees why. Both outcomes leave a record for support and for audit.
Where Phase 3 Benefits sits
We run the card, the routing, the virtual credential, substantiation, the app, funding, and settlement. We are not a TPA. Plan documents and testing stay with the partner who already does them.
