NY Wage Parity on a benefit card
Agencies are tired of cash and spreadsheets. A card with a ledger is a different mechanism.

The pressure
Covered agencies have to deliver supplemental benefits the right way and prove it. Thin public guidance and real scrutiny make a clear ledger more valuable than another workbook.
Why not cash
Paying the supplemental amount as wages can raise payroll burden. Delivering it as a structured benefit on a card is a different path. We build the model per employer. We do not publish a universal percentage.
What the card does
Credits by aide and period. Virtual access, plastic if you want it. Category controls where they apply. Residual balances. Packets exported from admin when an examiner asks.
The line we will not cross
This is not legal advice. Confirm localities, contracts, and delivery methods with counsel. Wage Parity is a wage law program, not a cafeteria plan document product.
